Nurses and physicians provide lovely care to millions of people each day throughout the world in diverse settings and conditions. Besides the mental and emotional fatigue and drain that nurses and physicians face, the spiritual need goes unnoticed. The AHCP is highly involved in the community. We work through our member’s hospitals, nursing homes, churches, or congregations to stage workshops, prayer breakfasts, health fairs, or health camps in a well-supervised and professional manner.

Our members provide health outreaches, give literature at these forums, take residents’ blood pressure, conduct screen for diabetes, HIV/AIDS, Mammograms, etc. Educating the community about healthy living and options brings Caring home and strengthens the relationship between healthcare providers and the community it serves.

SPIRITUAL SUPPORT:
At AHCP, we care for the spiritual wellbeing of our members. We believe that healthy living means a balance of the physical, emotional, and spiritual faculties. The foundation of every Christian nurse, physician or practitioner, is his/her relationship with Jesus Christ. We provide a non-conventional environment for spiritual fellowship and nourishment. Offering prayer on healthcare issues on the job or workplace and providing scriptural help that guides marriages and relationships is the Association’s foundation.
MISSION EXPEDITION:
AHCP members provide care both near, far, or distant lands. Our members travel to disaster zones, impoverished nations, children, and families in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. The devastations caused by COVID-19, famine, war, and natural disasters are unimaginable. We solicit medical supplies and equipment through our Association’s annual outreach events and organize health camps for children, adults, and families in need.

WHAT WE BELIEVE:
We must translate what we say into a practical statement of belief: We believe that the AHCP (Christian Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician, and healthcare workers) enters a relationship with Jesus Christ through a born-again experience; We believe that AHCP should walk in holiness through the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit. We believe that dedication to God is the same or equal in commitment to the workplace We believe that any form of malpractice is to be avoided by all possible ways and means. We believe that professionalism in the healthcare industry is indispensable to a healthy lifestyle.
CONFERENCES:
The AHCP holds monthly, quarterly, annual, and yearly workshops, seminars, meetings, and conferences covering all spiritual, professional, health, and family life. Our dedicated leaders know what it takes to address the deep sense of needs among our members. Our conferences cover issues such as:
